Q: What does a typical Adventure Team birthday party consist of?
A: We will arrive around 30 minutes before the party to set up and to help you with any last minute arrangements. We recommend 2 hour parties, that are broadly split as follows:

Q: What age children are your adventures suitable for?
A: Our themed adventures are suitable for kids aged 4 to 9. If you’re wondering what theme adventure may suit your child’s age, then just give us a call or pop us an email, and we can talk you through the different adventures.
Q: What sort of space do you need?
A: We need at least 5m x 5m of space, however we are very versatile and able adapt to lots of different spaces and venues. We have done adventures both outdoors and indoors, in village halls, school halls, people’s homes and many more places!
Q: How many children can get involved in an adventure at one time?
A: With our standard two team members, one adventure can cater from 5-35 children at one time! If you’d like to get more kids involved, then we’d hire an extra team member. We have entertained more than 100 children at a time so please give us a call to discuss what you’re after.
Q: How many entertainers will you provide for our Adventure?
A: We will provide two intrepid Adventurers to lead your party. We may add additional members to our team for parties of over 35 children.
Q: We live in… do the Adventure Team provide adventures in our neck of the woods!?
A: We are based in Bristol & London, however we travel all over, such as in the Cotswolds, Bath, Gloucester, Oxford…We are more than happy to come further afield though if you have a party or event you would like to talk to us about!
Q: Do you provide entertainment for events other than birthday parties?
A: Yes! We can offer entertainment for weddings, corporate days, school fun days, school fetes, or festivals. Just get in touch and we can discuss your needs.
Q: Can you help organise anything else for birthday our party?
A: Absolutely, we can offer catering options and party bags. Just ask, we can help with as little or as much as you need.
Q: Can you provide other activities as well as the Adventure?
Yes! If you’re looking for extra entertainment to go along with an Adventure, we can facilitate ‘Adventure Team style’ games, drama activities, sports day-style challenges, mini discos, themed arts and crafts and more. Just ask and we can help you create an event package that suits you.
Q: Are you insured?
A: In the unlikely event that anything does go wrong, we carry £5m of public liability insurance.
